I have used Air Power for about 12 years now for my asthma. I live in dry, high-altitude climate so this is a must-have to keep on hand. The guaifenecin is a natural herb that THINS OUT THE MUCOUS but with no awful side effects like the stuff you get at the store.(No dry mouth, no drowsiness) My Doctor told me if you keep the mucous in the bronchial tubes thin, it keeps working its way out and keeps moving. If the mucous stays thick, it doesn't move and is prone to developing bacteria and attracting virus. Apparently, doctors used to prescribe it but Big Pharma came up with something "better" (and more expensive). This stuff saves you from a doctor's appt. Sometimes I have to take 2 at a time to get it flowing, plus drink water. I used to get pneumonia in my lungs every winter as the temperature dropped and things dried out. But now I head it off at the pass with this stuff. If I feel my lungs start to close up, I take it every 3 hours for a few days (especially right before bed) until the symptoms pass.

This is a great product. It's pretty darn great for decongesting/ removing mucous / lightening up the nasal passages. I always sleep better when I use this product. Plus, I do a lot of natural health related reading and came across an article that recommends the main ingredient, Guaifenesin, as one to help fibromyalgia. Interesting, always do your own research on things like this to be sure it's a good match for you and your symptoms.
