FAVORITE PRENATAL!!!
LOVE this prenatal! Doesn't hurt my stomach. Easy to take 2 capsules with my breakfast. I am currently two months postpartum, exclusively breastfeeding, and I notice on the days I don't take these vitamins I struggle with my emotions and low energy. It perfectly supplements a whole food diet without going to the extreme of taking 8 pills. Worth the investment.

Prenatal vitamin
The media could not be loaded. I took this every day while I was pregnant and now I use postpartum and breastfeeding. Great ingredients and doesn’t make me feel sick like others did.

this is my go-to multi vit, but it is hardly ever in stock. other than that, it is bioactive, methyl free, and gives good energy without the dizzy feel.

Love these !
I am 9 weeks pregnant and ordered these immediately after finding out I was pregnant . I was taking them for a month and they don’t make me feel nauseous like other prenatals do. I did see a review about the expiration these bottles have manufacture date on them instead. They are good for 24 months from manufacture date .

Take these pills with food
I like this parental so far. I started using this postpartum because of Becca Bristows recommendation to buy this parental, she’s dietitian that I follow on YouTube. The first day I took the 2 pills, I got really nauseous, I’m thinking it’s because I took them after an hour of eating. It’s recommended to take the pills with food. After that scenario I started taking the pills with food and haven’t had a problem. Overall I like them so far.

Don’t take before bed
I didn’t heed the warning- took 3 hours before bed and I’m wide awake! Other than that, great product
