I won a Hot Sauce Challenge in a hot sauce speciality store in Gatlinburg Tennessee. The challenge was to try their hottest hot sauce. The winner would win a discount on a bottle of the super sizzling sauce, and a free bottle of any soft drink in the store (wow, did I need that free drink! My lips were on fire! Tongue Numb! I acted like it wasn't even bothering me, but, yeeeahh! Anyway, I bought that bottle of sauce (Ultra Death) ... I cooked with it, my son and his friends would dare each other to 'man up' every Superbowl! So funny. Well, there is a new king on my hot sauce shelf! This is the hottest I've ever eaten! No doubt! if you're looking for the REAL stuff, this is it!Here's a little tip for those that need to put out the fire; it's not milk, its not bread... It's Ginger ale. Ginger is a root derivative, capsaicin is a pepper derivative. It isn't an instant relief, but it's way better than the alternative.

It’s hot very good

This sauce is great for spicy lovers! Not the hottest I've had but it's up there for sure & adds a great kick to any dish! As mentioned in other reviews, it oddly does not have the thing on the bottle that allows it to not pour too fast which is odd considering how spicy it is. That is legit the ONLY reason I have for refusing to give it a full 5* review. What I do is pour it into the cap & pour it from that to be able to control the amount better because it does come out quite quickly compared to thicker sauces or bottles that are considerate enough to have the insert to keep it from dumping out fast. It is by far one of my favorite hot sauces that I have tried & my main go to when I want a lot of spiciness without too painful a burn. When I'm in the mood for absolute pain I go for the Regret hot sauce lol but Hellfire Doomed is the best ever as far as extreme heat but tolerable on a daily basis it still gives me the sniffles & watery eyes but not as much pain. Absolutely LOVE IT & will be buying more when this bottle gets low (soon)

This stuff is legit. I am a chili head, this is the only sauce that actually causes burn anymore, highly recommend. One bottle will last me quite a while, 8-10 drips is plenty for any meal

I've bought many of these bottles for myself and friends over the past couple years, and it never seems to disappoint. The heat is absolutely out of this world, but the flavor rises up and matches the incredible heat. That is what this sauce does so beautifully as it burns your mouth to hell and back, it just tastes so damn GOOD you cannot help but go back for more, dreading the world of hurt to come, but loving every savory, delicious drop. I'm a bit of a masochist so I do like using it plain on things like chicken, but it is also a great ingredient to add to your other dishes, such as chili or really anything you'd like to have a bit of a kick. This is such a phenomenal product, I hope it never goes away, because there's nothing quite like it in terms of heat and flavor combination. I will be ordering these for years to come.

(TLDR: THIS SAUCE IS EXACTLY AS HOT AS IT SAYS AND I'M SATISFIED!!)Anyway, I'd consider myself an Above Average hot sauce enjoyer, I like to have the most extreme sauces I can find on hand just to have fun with it with friends and for myself. Well I've had my rounds of Dave's Insanity sauce, and Da Bomb and all the sauces you can think of, but then this one came around on my recommended and I was intrigued since I'd never heard of it before, so I ordered some. And what do you know, I made a M A S S I V E mistake my first time around because I've had the sauces that say "THIS SAUCE WILL LITERALLY BURN A HOLE IN YOUR STOMACH" before so I wasn't expecting anything insane but I kid you not, I ate 2 sizable dips of this sauce and I needed bread and milk to sooth my stomach pain that this sauce caused, it literally did feel like it was burning a hole in my stomach. But don't let this discourage you! If you're like I was/am and looking for one of if not the hottest pain inducing yet still pourable sauces you can find, this literally is that sauce. This stuff is I N S A N E, and I eat Carolina Reaper sauce daily. Worth every penny and when I run out (in the next decade cause you can't eat a ton at a time at each meal) I'm certainly ordering more. I will say that it isn't exactly the tastiest sauce out there, but why would you order this for the taste, 9 times out of 10 it's just cause it's stupidly hot and again like I've said 15 times already, it really is THAT hot. I have had this sauce before and it wrecked me! When I fisrt tried it, it was a bottle that a friend of mine bought. It was soooo hot! I was lot up like crazy. I am a guy who loves spice. I eat reaper sauce, have done the one chip challenge, death nut challenge and the lil nitro gummy bear. So, when I tried this sauce and it utterly wrecked my mouth, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I had to get my own. I ordered this bottle on Amazon, and talked it up to my buddies. When we tried it, we just kept waiting for the heat to kick in. I am not sure what happened. Maybe I got a dud batch of sauce or something. I was very disappointed.
