We had to order two of these. When unboxed, this fire pit is beautiful. The problem is with the packaging itself. Both times, both the box and the fire pit were damaged and had to be returned. The cardboard box is not heavy enough to support the weight of the pit and there is not enough packing material to prevent shipping damage. After two tries, we are ordering another fire pit from a different shipper. So sad because this one is so pretty.

When I get products that have to be put together I procrastinate until I finally give in to start. To my amazement this was packaged great and all you had to do was unwrap it hook up the propane tank and put in the lava rocks. Caution this is very well built and heavy. Had it going in about 15 minutes. Will be buying a second one soon.

Received Damaged and Takes A Long Time To Ship.. As in other reviews, I received mine damaged along the bottom corner. Not sure why it takes so long to ship, coming out from CA. Being a prime member is irrelevant when it comes to this item being delivered in a timely manner. The box arrived damaged and you can tell it was abused. Fortunately I was able to repair it and make it look new again. The one foot where it was damaged won't adjust due to the damage which is not visible. I have a shim to keep the fire column balanced. Outside of the condition of the fire column when it was delivered, it runs and looks great. This was also a mother's day present which arrived late, and I ordered it in advance.

The first one was received damaged in multiple places, the 2nd one was received damaged as well. Although it could have happened in shipping they are definitely not packed adequately. Bigger concern is if they break that easily how long will they hold up.

So sad - have wanted this for a very very long time - waited till I could afford it and finally had enough to get it and it arrived and it was all chipped on the bottom and has couple broken pieces :( too big to return so my Loss :(

It arrived in great condition, well packed. Rocks for the top came with it, as well as a paint pen for any type of scratches. I wasn’t expecting to receive these items. Great addition to back yard!

This is a substantial piece, and looks in real life as nice as it does on the pictures. It's easy to use and set up was easy. It's now almost mid-spring so I can testify how good it might be when colder, but right now it is lovely
