Works as intended battery last forever

Bought this for the RV because we only drink bottled water when camping. Excellent decision! The charge lasts a really long time. My only issue is difficulty cleaning the clear tube that connects the pump and the jug of water.

This device is great for pitchers and other larger items (coffee pots, kettles) which I was having difficulty with on my previous pump. The button on the resting pad that fills until you remove e item is great and the manual button that fills until you press it again really makes it convenient. However, there is too much space around the neck of the bottles and it slipped on its own, making it a little unsteady. I stuffed a plastic grocery bag in the empty space to make it more snug and that worked great (had to trim a little)

I love this pump! It sits nicely on top of the water bottle, which I was a bit worried about being stable. But I have had no problems with it. The water at my park is awful so I needed an easy alternative.I bought a 6 stage RO system in August of 2023 and it only worked for 3 months before the water became rank with a rotten egg smell. I changed the filters twice only to have the smell return. After trying to reach out to Amazon and the manufacturer several times with no response I decided to go with the bottled water option.

I like the pump but it leaks at the connection between the black base and the stainless spout. So, do I return it or silicone the connection? A replacement might have the same problem

Been using this for three weeks and it drips and leaks internally. There is a weep hole in the plastic housing and the water leaks from there and drips to the floor. Would not recommend purchasing.
