The best book ever. Definitely will make you cry but I love it! The special bond between a mama and her baby. The book is great quality and the cover keeps it safe. I would definitely recommend! It could also be a great gift for a baby shower!

I purchased the hardcover and it is the entire original story. It is a nice quality book. I read it to my kids and now want it for my Grands. The original entire story is a beautiful analogy of the love of a parent for their child and then grown children returning that love. I would love to find it in its original format in a board book.

I have been buying this book since it was first bought for me, 3-24-1997. I have read it to my boys as babies, and I will continue to buy it for my friends, co-workers and anyone expecting. It is touching, a tear jerker, but most importantly, is about the bond between Mother and Son.
