Partially satisfied
Nice toy I liked the informative functionality and overall appearance of the product, but the spaces where a toddler has to push the shapes inn, does not come to her reach due to the hand maneuver because when she pushes the shapes into the "cookie jar" it falls down and then she seeks help of an adult

Another quality toy from Fisher-Price
Pretty nice toy for such a price, my 16 months old son loves it. He can’t manage it yet how to get all the shapes through so he chucks them straight into bucket than he place the lid on. I find it a good toy to develop his abilities and for the price it’s definitely worth it. We have quite few toys from Fisher-Price and so far we are happy with this brand, they do proper quality toys, very durable and safe, the only thing they should pay attention to is volume level of their toys, it’s a bit low, i think if would be just a little bit louder would be much better. Another point i want to highlight is that this toy comes with pre-installed batteries, many other toy manufactures just don’t want to include batteries, probably they are trying to save some money on a cheap but vital thing. If you find this review helpful a helpful vote would be much appreciated.

NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE BOX - PLUS NO COOKIE JAR SONG!
Over the last 9 years I have bought this shape sorter for various children. The first was my Grandson when he was 2yrs - he's now 11yrs. The one thing he loved the most was The Cookie Jar Song. I bought this again recently for a friends little boy. I was so disappointed to see that it no longer plays the Cookie Jar Song, Nor does it play sounds and phrases when a baby/child reaches inside the 'cookie jar' to put and take the cookies out (as it says on the box). I got in touch with Mattel UK and their reply was: "I did a research and The Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Cookie Shape Surprise that you have is supposed to play the Cookie Jar Song. The product that you’ve purchased may be defective. If you still have the receipt, , you have the option to return the product back to the retailer you purchased it from". On my recommendation a friend bought the Cookie Jar for her little boy, and hers didn't play the Cookie Jar Song either, neither did it react with lights, learning phrases and music, when her little one reached inside to retrieve the shapes. I think that Mattel UK should make it clear, that this 'otherwise excellent' shape sorter is not as described on the box, nor does it play The Cookie Jar Song. I will now stop buying and recommending it for friends children.

A fun, durable toy and great value for money
I bought this for my grandson when he was about 15 months old. Although he was at first too young to fit the shapes, he loved the noises the cookie jar made when he popped the shapes in through the top. And he quickly learned to press the button on the front to get the “Mmmm cookies!” voice as well. By the age of about 20 months he had fun naming the shapes and posting them through the right hole. The shapes are a good size for small hands and are hollow, which makes them easier to handle. Despite being knocked about a fair bit, the cookie jar is still as good as new. A fun, durable toy and great value for money. Thanks for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful. Disappointed with Amazon
I ordered this FP shape sorter for my 11 month old granddaughter on one of this week's Daily Deals, so at a great price. She already has one at home, but it is a great toy that she constantly plays with, so this one was for our house. It arrived promptly, but I was disappointed when one of the main sound functions did not work.I immediately tried to return the item for replacement via the online account procedure, but was blocked from exchanging for another of the same product, and was only offered a selection of other FP products against which the price paid for the faulty item could be credited.I did not want a different toy, nor did I want to return and repurchase the same item at more than twice the price. So although I did not pay full price, I am left with an inferior product. Not good enough Amazon.

Fake product!
I believe this is fake!Logo can be easily scratched off (thought it was a sticker and tried to peel it) and everything else that is painted is smudged. Very disappointed, my eldest had the exact same one as a baby and it was good quality, this one is noticeably different!
