Good quality, fair price. I see a small difference in energy level; not miracles, but overall an improvement. I like that the caps are vegetarian so feels cleaner than some other supplements. Would buy again.

I take this CoQ10 for migraine management. My neurologist started me off at three of these a day then after about 6 months I dropped down to two and now I just take one a day for maintenance. I’ve been using them for almost four years now and I think they help tremendously. Along with eating gluten free and no processed food plus a magnesium supplement I have gotten my chronic migraines down to two a month. That is a huge improvement over the three to four a week they used to be. I prefer these because they are vegetarian as I can’t tolerate gelatin.
