A bit on the pricey side, but if you want a quality product, you need to consider this mixer. It's powerful enough for heavy dough and mixes with no problem. I love the silver color. I purchased a dust cover for it as it sits on the counter and this prevents dust and dirt from getting into the bowl and on the mixer. The stainless bowl is excellent quality and the handle is sturdy and useful. All good as far as I'm concerned. Why buy something cheaper and then have to purchase again and again? Put your money into a quality product once and always have a quality product. That's why I purchased this KITCHENAID Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, Silver, 4.8 Litre.

I purchased the product, head stopped rotating after a few uses, although I paid for an additional one-year guarantee; when I called Amazon, I was pushed to talk to Salama Care, called Salama care pushed back to Amazon, and then was advised to reach out to the supplier in UAE, called them, they needed the invoice which can not be obtained since it is from a different country, long story short, very disappointed with the product which appears to be very fragile, very unsatisfied with the customer care process and support, what is surprising, saw similar comments on the reviews.

very versatile

Very Bad experience, the tilt lock is damaged after one month of purchase and less than 5 times of mixing. Supposed to be under warranty but have called the after sales service in the UAE for 3 times without any result!!!!! They ask me to wait and call later!!!

Use my mixer almost every day don't know how I managed before without it highly recommended

Machine it self works quiet. It is heavy, but lets be honest, a good engine just have to be like that. It makes dough with no sweat and results are just amaizing. If comes to attachements so far I only got shredder/slicer but what I saw... I bet this machine can deal with a whole cow and wont even heat up. Can not wait till I get more attachements and start to use it to full.

I bought this and the from the first time use, it keeps giving me electrical shock!!!I can’t use it without putting sonlme silicone pads underneath and touch it with mittensAlso, it came with little rust over the attachment area of the whisker and other part??I doubt it’s authentic
