Works well as a Diffuser for small Lights
The Seller shipped this item promptly and it arrived to me on time. Packaging looks original, certainly was sealed in there tightly enough - I had to make a few snips to get it out.My thoughts are that this seems to be an excellent accessory for 1-inch body sized flashlights. It manages to allow a very nice amount of light output through its frosted body, and it fit on nice and snug on the NiteCore MT22C flashlight I have. It's essentially held on my friction provided by three internal molded ribs that press up against the outer body of the flashlight in question. It works, and the quality of the plastic seems much better than other diffusive attachments I've seen from other manufacturers. The walls on this are pretty robust, and seems like they won't be prone to cracking over time. One nice little feature about this diffuser is that it has a flat, squared-off tip...unlike nearly all of the competitions models which have a protruding bulbous end to them. This allows the Fenix to stand up on the tip of the diffuser for illumination which has come in handy from time to time for reading maps and such. It's a little thing, granted - but appreciated.Overall very happy with the purchase, would buy from again!

aerosol cap
This item is far too small to fit universally tactical flashlights. Its a bit smaller than the size of a whipping cream cap on a can. Great idea, poor fit.

Priced like the piece of plastic it is and works even better
Picked this up for my PD35 and honestly it does the job dispersing the light equally and without much loss of lumens. Its price isnt over the top like some others I have seen and it fits well. Only draw back is it slides on and off based on force, meaning you can smash it on and it won't come off but also this can eventually scratch up the flashlight or possibly stretch out overtime. But honestly I have not experienced either of these in the month of moderate use I have put it through. If it lasts, then it truly deserves the 5/5 I have given it today. Only time will tell but so far it clearly is a well made piece of plastic :)

Fits PD35 TAC but it's not ideal
The Fenix Diffuser Tip changes my PD35 TAC's spotlight beam into a soft area light that provides plenty of illumination for enclosed spaces like a room or tent. The throw is very short in open spaces, but it's still useful for lighting up the ground around you or illuminating work surfaces like a table.Installation and removal are simple: this diffuser tip acts as a cover, and it's held in place by friction. You push the business end of your flashlight into it and hope for the best. I have the AOD-S model, and while Fenix shows that this is the recommended version for the PD35 TAC, in my opinion, it's not a perfect fit because the flashlight only goes in a few millimeters. The tip won't fall off on its own but it sometimes feels somewhat off-center.Overall, I think it's a well-priced, useful accessory. I wish it were a little bigger so that it would fit my PD35 TAC better. The cap has a maximum inner diameter of 25.56mm and it tapers down to fit smaller flashlights.

Do you need a light diffuser for your Fenix flashlights? I did!
It's hard to imagine that these attachments aren't standard. This diffuser tip actually fits on most Fenix lights that I've tried, aside from the obviously tiny ones (LD01, I'm looking at you!). Using this basically turns your light into a torch (real torch), or a lamp. Obviously, it's not as good as an actual lamp, but it works well in a pinch. You can also use it for signaling cars/people at night, or even during the day if your light output is significant. The plastic is heavy duty, and will resist the heat generated by the flashlight with ease. It's also soft enough that it won't damage the finish on your light, and the tolerances are tight enough that it won't fall off your flashlight if you wave it around.Great light diffuser.

Very effective and durable diffuser.
This small diffuser tip is basically jammed down onto the head of a compatible flashlight. The plastic it's made of is much thicker than I anticipated, and it has already survived a variety of accidents very well. Stepping on one is much like stepping on a Lego block.Three plastic prongs shaped like stepped wedges are what hold the diffuser on through friction, so it can be knocked off if you bump the light into things. It disperses bright light very effectively once on a flashlight, and is perfect for the use of lighting a small room when a bright beam would be less useful, or when you need a high visibility omni-directional signal light. Included is a picture of the interior of the the tip, and the diffuser in use inside a dark walk-in closet as an example of how it works. Please forgive the camera, the LD22 flashlight was overwhelming the sensor, and it makes the room look darker than it truly is by compensating for the bright light.

Cheap and effective.
For most household uses, the amount of light a Fenix can project is overkill. This inexpensive diffuser solves that problem by diffusing the spotlight into a soft all-around lighting. As a bonus, you are also able to "tip-stand" your flashlight on a flat surface with this. This allows the light to sit in one place and illuminate the area.It can be a bit of a tight fit, but fits just fine on my LD series flashlights, and my E21. The diffuser fits on the protruding lines inside for the LD's, while the E21 fits on the wide lip area. Unfortunately for the E21, this puts a lot of pressure on the diffuser when installed. I found out the hard way when dropping my E21 to find the diffuser cracked. Both the diffuser and flashlight still work, this is just something to consider.
