It has Maltodextrin, which is harmful to your liver. I took it for a month, then I stopped. I have more than 200 tablets left .

Until recently the only criteria I used when buying vitamins was potency. I made it a point to buy the highest potency I could get my hands on. To me, if 400 Mg of something is good, 1600 was 4x better.My obsession with potency was pretty extreme. Not only did I buy the highest potency I could find, but I took dozens of supplements each day, often overlapping the ingredients with other supplements.This changed when I saw my doctor and handed him a long list of supplements I was taking and I asked him to circle the ones I should keep taking, and cross out the ones I should stop. To my surprise, he circled only one, a multi-vitamin, and Tumeric and he made it a point of saying I shouldn't take high dosages of either.The point he made was that unless your bloodwork shows that your are deficient in some key nutrients you are not only wasting money on supplements, but potentially harming your body, especially your stomach, kidneys and liver.Considering I was there for stomach problems, I took his advice. I threw out dozens of bottles of supplements and started taking Centrum Silver because it's just right. Not too much of anything. The pill size is decent, although it's a bit thick.

Nephrologist says these have to many supplements in it I don't need but, I stopped taking them for about a year and took what he wanted to take and my energy level hit the floor. I'm Back!!!

The item arrived. I opened the bottle. I ingested the product. I'm still the same height. I'm still the same weight. My endowment is not protruding or casting a shadow. Don't know what else I'm expected to say. I won't know if this will make me live longer until I actually die. Go figure...

I'll have to go with their research, as I simply can't tell you how various vitamins compare based upon how vitamins make me feel.
