Feeling the benefits of trace minerals
The trace minerals were delivered on time in an attractive bottle. They're easy to take - simply by lightly squeezing 10-16 drops into a morning beverage. The first day I tried the trace minerals in a small glass of water and found the taste was quite bitter. The following I had my droplets of the minerals in my morning cup of ginger and cider vinegar tea, and the taste was indistinguishable from the taste of ginger and cider vinegar. I've been taking them for about 3 months now and can feel the benefits. My immune system seems strong - no colds or flu throughout the cold weather.

My headache is finally gone!
So off and on for a good month now I've had a VERY bad headache. I could not figure it out until a friend mentioned that my Reverse Osmosis water, that I have been exclusively drinking, has no minerals and could be leaching them from my body. Since my first glass with this in it, I swear within 3 hours my headache was finally gone. GONE! I actually really like the taste as to me, it brings my very 'flat' tasting RO water taste more like a sparkling mineral drink. I use my RO water in soda stream with this and am loving it! So again, unsure if connection between RO water and headache but I'll take it!

3 drops per glass
Just adding 3 - 4 drops to a glass brings my RO (reverse osmosis / distilled) water to a whopping 200ppm TDS rating. The water starts tasting like a great quality spring water. Add too much and the taste quickly degrades. I am very happy with this product! And it also seems that it will last forever

Apenas empeze a tomarlo , me siento con energía , y me lo recomendaron porque una amiga ya que estamos en premenopausia regula los minerales todo y la falta de hormona las consecuencias como densidad ósea Mi amiga se hizo estudios antes y después de varios años ósea cada año se increment su densidad ósea Y sus huesos son fuertes a pesar de la menopausia a diferencia que si antes no las tomaba … lo cual indica que si mejoró ..
