This laptop is wonderful to use, it was two days late in the mail but it was a worth while wait, the set up was super easy and I’m able to get things done, I can watch videos, play games, do my work, etc. this is a great computer!!

I brought this a while ago, I definitely recommend to buy , it’s touch screen and small , really effective and worth the money, it’s fast and durable

I bought this renewed laptop in 2023. It wasn't until about a year later when I attempted a Zoom meeting I realized the "camera" was down on the keyboard, basically placed upside down. I would recommend checking out your laptop upon arrival, as I didn't even notice until I needed the camera. Other than that the laptop served me well until 4 months ago when the charging port broke off from the inside. If I obtain a Best Buy membership I may get it repaired; I did go ahead and buy another "new" similar Acer and have been very happy with that.

This machine is being sold as renewed, but it looks brand new. No signs of wear and tear at all. This is my first Chromebook, so it's hard to get used to how small and slow it is. But if I wanted big and fast, I would have purchased something else. I wanted a small notebook that I could travel with, and this fits the bill perfectly. And because I didn't spend a lot of money on it, I won't feel bad if it gets damaged.

This laptop is a nightmare. I cannot believe all the trouble I am having with it. I contact Amazon they made me wait then hung up on me. I tried to do the power wash did not work. When I logged on to Amazon with the correct password Amazon did not recognize me being with Amazon for 10 years!Whoever, had this laptop, left some app on I went to Spotify I always listen to soft pop music. Got a list of heavy metal music from the owner who had this laptop. I asked for a return label and never got it told Amazon my printing machine is not working. Contact the seller phone is not listed! My tablet went haywire and my cell phone too it has to do with this laptop.The Internet is very weak. I can have internet in the living room and kitchen when I take this laptop to the room it is out of range!I am going to contact my nearest District so they can contact Jeff Bezos. Because Amazon is not going to help me I am going to ask for my money back! I should get it back. Don't buy it or you will be sorry! I have the day and time that I contact Amazon. Those calls are recorded!

Super find for the price. Using for field training with corporate compliance. Extra feature with Gorilla Glass. Super buy and would recommend!

I really thought i'd be lucky to get an item same as what I've read in the reviews. I got really excited for the laptop to come and when I opened it there's air bubble on both the laptop I got, I ordered two and both the bottom screen has air bubbles. They do work btw but it just looks like it's not sturdy enough or i'm scared it will be the reason for it to break in the future. So i'm returning. The touchscreen looks cute tho just the air bubbles

I love my spinbook. It does what I need it to do!! The shipping was fast and it seems brand new!!
