I like these, I've been taking max cla for a few months (started with lower dose in April 2024 and a different brand) it has helped me lose weight, curbing appetite and boost my mood I believe, I found these and thought after doing the lower dose for a few months I be ready to go higher and I liked the price and quantity of this product, switched about a week and a half ago and I absolutely noticed a difference, I lost more weight in that week than the previous weeks and noticed the "go" was more frequent, No diet changes however, I do have an extremely active lifestyle being a construction worker and was in the obese category needed a boost to help me shed when I was at a plateau for 5+ years and these have worked perfect. I am a 53 year old male and have been moderately obese for the last 13 years. I started dieting and doing exercise seriously about 5 months ago and I have lost 35 pounds so far. My weight plateaued for a month and I could not lose any more weight no matter how little I ate or how much exercise I did. This was when I decided to buy CLA. I started taking CLA only 5 days ago, and I have already lost two and a half more pounds! I have never been this light for 13 years. I did some exercise, but ate a bunch of ice cream and cookies, and I still lost weight. For me the pills are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste or any side effects at all. I thought I might have a stomach issue since I have stomach problems, but I have not noticed any side effects whatsoever. I would definitely recommend buying this product just to try it for yourself. I will update my review after more time to see how much more weight I can lose by using it.
