The closest thing you will ever get to sugar in taste and texture. I didn't know this was possible. I use to order Monk fruit with stevia to get a better sugar texture. This stuff is amazing without raising my blood sugar levels and the calories associated with sugar. Taste like sugar no diet after taste. Baked and cooked just like sugar . I baked oatmeal cookies using oat flour and this for sugar. Coffee, Tea, cereal approved.

Sweet tasting. Almost like sugar. Very close to sugar. I think. Dissolves best in hot water. Using puddings desserts, coffee, anything you want sweeter and not use sugar. Great for diabetics because it doesn't raise their blood sugar
