Collagen Powder (Type 1, 2 and 3) Pure Collagen Peptides

I will say that this product doesn't smell good, so I couldn't drink it alone. Definitely mix it with coffee, juice or put it in a smoothie.

I would not recommend. Unless you really like sugar. This does not taste like any other collagen powder I've tried. It tasted horribly flavored and like 1 scoop is too much. I wasted $10, because I cannot return it.

The product is great. My knees no longer hurt while walking up the stairs and I no longer wake-up with pains all over my body.The only thing is that for the first 4 days of use I was extremely itchy, I used an antihistamine for those days. But afterwards the itchiness was gone. Also the taste was horribly sweet, but that too I got over after a few days. I think it was extra sweet for me because because I don't use alot of sugar.I am yet to see the beauty effects but then again I haven't been using for 30 days as yet.

I can see the difference in my skin, nails and hair. Feel better with a scoop a day
