Takes some time to get used to
I bought two of these, so far so good. I am using them with water filters, they don’t come with the machine, but most bottled water and commercial water is hard! Machine makes great creamy coffee, you need to read the manual and learn all it’s quirks…machine can be set to make extra hot coffee and the grinder has 5 steps adjustments, love it

Great product great value
Here we are!Rating: 5Excellent Machine with great value for money!Being a German brand I had high expectations for this machine and surely it didn’t disappoint. It does everything I had hoped for and more. It brews great coffee, is very quiet and very easy to clean compared to other machines. I love that I can easily adjust the volume knob to get a short espresso or lungo, and that I can select the coffee strength I want. I was also pleased to see that I can adjust the grinding size to make my coffee coarse or fine. And I added a water filter to improve my water quality. I’m happy with my decision!
