This fan is extremely powerful, moving a surprising amount of air while offering excellent adjustability with six speed settings, three light color temperatures, and a fully dimmable light. I was initially concerned that the blades would be made from a wood-composite material, but they’re actually solid wood, which gives the fan a much more premium feel. Installation was very straightforward. I had my old fan removed and this one fully installed in under 30 minutes. Setting it up with Alexa was just as easy, and it’s become one of my favorite features. Everything that can be controlled through the app or included remote can also be controlled through Alexa. The fan is also incredibly smooth and quiet. After 2.5 months of use, there are still no rattles, vibrations, or other noises. Overall, it’s a stylish, well-built fan that performs exceptionally well.

These fans are sleek, elegant, whisper quiet and have transformed the vibe of the rooms we installed them in. Installation was straightforward and the quality of the materials including the wood fan blades are impressive for the cost. The airflow is exceptional with only three blades even at lower speeds that mitigate any helicopter effects at highest speed. Our old fans had wall switches that do not work with these fans however we mounted the remotes with an included holder plate that fit perfectly over the old switch plate. When the remote is in its wall holster you can walk into the room and easily turn the fan on/off or adjust speed without removing it. We bought six of these Sofucor fans to replace all of our dated tulip light fans and it was a major improvement to the overall vibe of the entire house. We had a hard time believing the impact they made in appearance and functionality for the cost. The old fan in our bedroom had this dreaded tick that would come and go no matter what AI said to fix it and it made me crazy! Now it just a nice cool quote breeze.

This is an update to my original review which I have updated again due to a battery problem with the remote. The first fan developed a bearing noise within the return window so I requested a direct replacement from Amazon. What a difference! Sofucor must source this item from a number of manufacturers as these were very different fans. The new wood blades were not countersunk and the attaching bolts were long enough as-is (photo attached). The remote and receiver were different. The new model is reversible (which is what I expected from the first fan shipped) and the remote looks completely different (photo attached). It also uses a special A23 battery instead of two AAAs (the included 23A battery lasted only a few uses twice now so I've asked the manufacturer to replace just the remote - in the mean time, I am removing the battery when not using it). Another extremely positive point is that if the fan is turned off at the wall switch, it returns to its last setting when power is restored. This means if an overnight power outage occurs, you won't have a ceiling fan light come on unexpectedly. I have no idea how to tell in advance that you will get the better engineered fan. The new one had a sticker Zhongshan Kebaishi Electric Appliance Company on the motor housing (photo attached) which the original did not have. I did communicate my issues with the company. Having learned from my first installation, I assembled the fan on the ground rather than working vertically (photo attached). The printed installation manual was a bit easier to read BUT still differs from the physical fan design. The wiring is different from the first fan but all wires were clearly labeled and the diagram at the back of the manual is easy to follow. I also shared an idea that the short screws for the light fixture make it very difficult to line up the light with the bottom of the fan properly. I found a long version of the same thread in my miscellaneous screw bucket and cut the head off so that it when I slid the light fixture over it and centered the center opening on the fan, the other 2 screws lined up and could be inserted. I then removed my longer screw and finished with the 3rd screw for the light (photo attached). So far I am very happy with this fan. === Original review text follows: The fan is very stylish and runs quietly but the installation was a pain. First, the written instructions use the smallest possible typeface and do not match the installation video either which is animated and equally confusing. The instructions only cover the longer down pole (aka the suspender) which leaves ample room to work. The shorter down pole is much tighter. It isn't clear but don't forget to slip on the magnetic Canopy Cover between the Canopy and the Coupling Cover. The video shows installing the blades before wiring the fan but this would make wiring later much more difficult. Speaking of the blades, they come counterbored with a 1/2" wide circle to recess the bolts and washers. They are not drilled out to a consistent depth. This along with barely long enough bolts means 3 of the 6 bolts will not thread into the motor mount. I carefully used a 1/2" wood drill to slightly deepen the recess but for 1 bolt I had to leave off the washer. The bolts barely clear the top of the blade by 1/8" and should be longer. At least these slight modifications did not cause the fan to wobble which is really good as the generic wobble correction kit and instructions suggest bending the blade mount which is not something that can be done with this style blade. The instructions also show the LED lamp having 2 separate wires and not the plug used now. It is hard to fit but the clip for the plug does face downward. Push the extra wire upward to get the plug enough room to clip in. If it hadn't taken so long to put this up, I would return it but it is working well at this point with a comfortable airflow on Medium. If you turn the fan off at the wall switch it will start up next with the fan off and the light on. I guess the intent is to only use the remote control. When you do start the fan, it starts up in high briefly before switching down to the selected slower speed. I blame myself for looking at too many propeller style fans on Amazon but this one does not reverse direction for winter use. There is not a switch on the side of the motor and the unlabeled button on the remote doesn't do it either.

Great fan ! No motor buzzing! It was completely silent at first now it does tick a little bit, but my last fan made a constant buzzing noise which I could not sleep through and it was a new hunter fan! Returned that one. This slight ticking noise doesn’t interfere with sleep, great remote control ,love the different lighting options and very nice looking! It’s a bit more modern than my taste but very nice. I got the natural wood color with the brushed nickel. I only gave it four stars because of the ticking noise. I’ve had it for about a month now and I would get another one. I recommend this product.

This is my third ceiling fan from this company, but my first one with the real wooden blades, and I couldn’t be happier. Ceiling fan arrived quickly after ordering. Extremely great quality, looks very nice. Installed easily, very quiet and works well. Remote is straight forward and works great.

It was time to replace our large loft/game room fan. Decided on the 60” Smart Sofucor fan. Putting the fan itself together was pretty easy and only took 20 minutes by myself. I then installed the electrical and mounted to the ceiling within 10 minutes and that was by myself. Install ease was 8/10 Setting up the Smart functions and then connecting to Alexa was a breeze. Just remember to name the fan and the light two different things, otherwise you will turn them both on and off at the same time. Smart setup and functions are 10/10 The remote is easy to control the fan and light if you don't want to use Alexa. Remote 10/10 The fan is very quiet which you can tell by the video even on max speed for a 60” fan. Noise/Sound 10/10 The fan was much more affordable than comparable to other 60” fans and it has the Smart Functionality. Cost 10/10 Overall very happy with the look, cost, the smart capability and fan functions 10/10

Story time! I love my house, but when I purchased it 10 years ago some parts had not been updated since the 1990's. Little by little, I started changing things here and there, budget permitting, until one day I thought 'Oh boy, these old dirty fans have got to go!' That's how a few months ago I got on Amazon and started searching and found these wonderfully stylish 52'' Sofucor fans... Their solid wooden look and simple-yet-effective design are exactly what I was looking for. Nothing complicated. In my mind, when it comes to ceiling fans, less is more. Right there and then I purchased two: one for each bedroom, both with LED lights (as in the second picture attached). I gotta say, they were SO EASY to install. Anyone can do it. Just follow the instructions on the online video and you'll be fine. I did have to email the manufacturer once, but actually, the problem was on my end; still, they replied super fast and checked again on me later to make sure everything was in order. Superb customer service! The new fans instantly changed the room from what I had before. It was so dramatic! So sleek looking! I kept congratulating myself on the purchase. Ha! I should also mention that the materials appear to be of very good quality. Metal casing, wooden blades, robust construction (yet surprisingly light compared to my old bulky fans!). Everything one would hope for. Then a couple of weeks ago I thought 'Alright man, it's time to update my living room fans too; those old tacky fans have got to go!' I took the plunge and bought two more Sofucors of the same 52'' model but without the LED light. My old fans did not have lights, so that was OK, and I wanted to experiment with the slightly different model in the living room area. I was not disappointed. They look so amazing! They tie together the style of my house so well! The wooden blades blend in perfectly with my wooden ceiling, and I love that you can see the brushed metal screws that attach the blades to the motor. Once again very easy to install (I think I put up both of them in an hour, after removing the old ones, which was also easy). What else can I say? I am a really happy Sofucor customer! You can't go wrong with this choice as far as style and ease of installation... I guess there are a few more things: - Already on speed setting 1 these fans move air VERY effectively. I don't think I'll ever need more than speed setting 2. Yet they are very quiet! The DC motor is excellent in this regard. - The LED light is very bright. I almost never need it, but when I do, well... you get the brightness you would expect from LEDs! - These fans are very energy efficient! Both LEDs and DC motors are energy-efficient technologies. - Finally, the remote works exactly as you would expect: you can use it for all the functions: light, speed, and reverse direction. That's all you'll ever need. Look no further!

We like the fact it’s quiet , just wish it would turn a little slower on one. So far so good no wobble's. I would recommend.

Has so many features it dims. It has three different light sources. The fan is awesome. Just a great product overall.

Looks good, works smoothly, no annoying beeping sound when turning on/off. Small problem when installing the fan blades: the screws wouldn't go in because of paint or burs on the hole threads, I'm not sure. I had to rethread the holes with a hole threading kit (easy but you need the tool to do it). I had other questions about the installation and contacted Sofucor by email, they replied quickly and were very helpful.
