Russell Hobbs Legacy Kettle and Russell Hobbs Legacy 2 Slice Toaster - Stainless Steel

Very solid, very functional with a dual-purpose handle that allows for easy pouring and easy filling. The problem with the top breaking is not relevant on this kettle, I'm not sure if it has been re-designed since the previous problems mentioned, or whether the chrome kettle is designed differently to the coloured models, but this kettle seems very well made. It heats the water quickly and fairly quietly and pours very smoothly.All in all, very happy with my purchase.

I love this Kettle I love the easy pour on it. Only a couple of niggles, I am LEFT HANDED!! so I cannot see the red on switch as I pick it up a certain way!! WHICH IS ANNOYING!! also I wish you had a led on the kettle when you put it on to boil !! that would be just perfect!!

Really good kettle. Only slight draw back is the spout is wide so you need to be very careful when pouring from full and just boiled as the hot water can bubble up and not go exactly where you expected. It does show water marks on the black so you do need to keep it clean but the materials are very good quality and the design simple so this is an easy task.The capacity and boiling time are exactly as shown in the specs so you know what you're getting. Good weight - feels sturdy and of good quality. Overall a quality purchase.

I have had RUSSELL HOBBS kettle before- a different model, but am Not a big fan of this particular kettle. I bought it but it makes a loud noise when we put it on! It’s loud enough to hear upstairs!!!I did try and complain about it to the company but ... also, when we Descale it still has likescale that doesn’t come out due to the design of the kettle- I rinse it thoroughly repeatedly to be able to take it out.

I love this kettle, it’s practical and visually stunning. Love the one cup feature. Perfect pour is perfect. Only downside is that lifting from the top ( kettle does not have side handle) is heavy when totally full, so would recommend filling with a jug over carrying to and from sink.

My old one gave up the ghost and I was so pleased to be able to replace with a newer version. Great value too. Arrived quickly which I was really pleased about. No plastic taste as mentioned by other reviews (I removed the fitting inside the kettle)

I have owned this kettle for several months now. It has been a great kettle. A bit loud, but works well. Unfortunately, after a month or so, the base on the inside started turning black. The stains look as if the base is scorching. I tried scrubbing the inside, and after some effort I was able to remove most of the dark stains. However, the stains came back within a few weeks and now they are impossible to remove. The scorching seems to affect the water since the plastic window that shows the water level inside is now also visibly darkening. So clearly, the staining is permeating the water and now I wonder if it is safe to drink.

The kettle finally reached us in Greece at the second attempt, so it was a long wait between ordering & receiving. Fortunately this doesn' t happen very often. It' a very attractive design, easy to fill and clean ( we have the black), boils quickly & quietly & is comfortable to handle. Only time will tell re it's durability, but the omens are good.

L'articolo oltre ad essere elegante, è pratico , raggiunge in un batter d'occhio la temperatura. Insomma è stato un ottimo acquisto.
