Don't Purchase this insurance
Do not purchase this insurance. I insured my scooter, and it got damaged. Asurion told me that if I sent photos to a technician from a company called LEVT, I would receive a refund or a replacement immediately. However, the LEVT technician discussed with Asurion without consulting me and decided to only send replacement parts for the damaged ones. I did not receive any direct messages or emails, and my time was wasted.They sent the parts, but some were missing, so it was not a proper resolution. Moreover, they expected me to fix the scooter myself using the parts. I ended up returning the parts and requesting a refund. For nearly two months, Asurion and LEVT kept shifting responsibility onto each other. But after persistent chats and calls, I finally got my refund.Rather than struggling for two months over just $200 and dealing with all this stress, I strongly recommend buying a new product instead. Do not purchase this kind of insurance. It takes even longer than car insurance claims.
