Review: 実は日本に縁の深い（黒船ぺリー提督のお兄さん）の艦名です。 - 過去にピットロードの７００分の１が有りましたがもはや入手が困難な状況です。 通常入手できるＯ H ペリー級のモデルはこれだけでしょうか。 余談ですが「レッドオクトーバーを追え！」で同型艦のルーベンジェームスが出演しておりました。 （限定版でルーベンジェームスもあり本品にエッチングパーツを同梱したモデルです、かなり高価ですが・・・） 製品はサイズが大きいのでモールドも程よいところです。 古いので手すりなどがエッチングでなくプラ成型ですが手をかけない向きにはこれでいいかも。 別途エッチングパーツも発売されているようなので（７０００円ぐらいと高価ですが）手直しは可能です。 また艦尾延長パーツがあるようなので延長船体型も出来るようです。 船体は一体成型なのでフルハルのみのように見れましたが内部に切れ込みがあり 船体を上下に分割できるようになっています、ＷＬを￥作りたい方にも道を残している設計です。
