Perfect in every way. The classic evolved design updated with Bluetooth. I'm using this with an Android tablet and connects instantly as soon as switched on and is recognised by all games. You can even navigate the OS with it if that's your thing.

Package was already open and controller is not genuine. Very cheap plastics. And on top of that batteries last barely a week in that controller.....Amazon.ae is nothing like Amazon.com or .co.uk.... Better set a shop and ship account and buy from those foreign websites

There's an "All-Full-time" holo-sticker on the box, which leads me to believe there's some moving around of stock across the big store chains in the country, like a dumping so to speak. Which does kind of explain the large variation of quality across the review spectrum.Anyhow I did get the real deal, brand new in box and all. Works flawlessly, has the headphone jack. No drifting of thumbsticks whatsoever. My guess is best to order on sale, as that's when they expect a large amount of orders, and they don't really want a review blitz if they're moving bad products. Make sure you're ordering the product from the seller "Amazon" and not some Dragon Mart 3rd party proxy.

The controller is just like a normal one - which you would get in a market. Comes with an instruction manual and a trial period for the game pass as well as gold membership... A nice product overall...

I was a bit skeptical about this since it was quite cheap, but a few weeks in, its original and works as you would expect. I have this paired with a laptop and it just works, no issues at all

I ordered a new controller, and it arrived in a terrible condition with signs of wear and tear. It was full of dirt, and one of the levers doesn't work. For the same price, you can get something much, much better. I recommend not buying this product; it's a disgrace.

Not a replacement part, this is an excellent brand new xbox controller. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Sure, you can save a few bucks (actually quite a few bucks) by buying a knockoff controller. I know, I tried several. But you'll pay with your time and frustration when they don't work right with this game or that game. This one will just work because every game developer on PC has one of these to test with! And for Mac (which I bought it for), it's certified by Apple so it "just works" on all the Apple Arcade games.On Mac Steam games, you'll have mixed results no matter what controller you buy. Some devs compile for Mac, maybe test it for 10-15 minutes on their keyboard/mouse and ship it without ever testing on a gamepad it seems like. But that's not the fault of the gamepad- this one has the greatest compatibility you're going to find and it's a solidly built well made piece of hardware. Expensive, but ultimately worth it for the lack of hassles when you're trying to play.
