Char-BroilUSA Porcelain Pan

I've been making my own pizza dough for years, using every baking method and pan available, with varying results. This Char-Broil pan had no reviews when we bought it, but the price was right and we were willing to give it a try. The pan arrived yesterday and I immediately washed and oiled it and made a pepperoni pizza in our oven.The result was a crisp, thin crust that bubbled beautifully in several places, probably the best pizza I've made at home. I use a semolina dough, baked in the middle of the oven at 450 degrees for about ten minutes. Since the pan is porcelain, not non-stick, I should have applied a little more olive oil to the center because the middle did stick at first. As the pan seasons, I expect this will be less of a problem. Clean up was easy and the pan stores comfortably with my other baking sheets.I hope to try it on the grill at some point, but am pleased to say this first effort was excellent. Bonus points for being made in the US by a woman-owned company.

My husband and I love this grill topper. It keeps the hamburgers from falling through our grill grates and it's pretty easy to clean. Fits perfectly on our grill and is sturdy, not flimsy like "disposable" ones and no wires to break off and get in your food.

I would give it a 5 but it was to big for my Char-Broil American Gourmet Offset Smoker, Standard. However, my brother gladly took it and uses it. The pan will fit most standard size grills, and it was my own fault for not checking the dimensions. The pan is well coated with non- stick ceramic and heavy in construction, it works wonderfully for him. He mainly uses it in his smoker to smoke meatloaf and fish, and it does not stick and is easy to clean.For myself I ended up ordering Mr Bar B Q 06026X 10-Inch Round Non-Stick Topper

Best Pan I have ever owned. Porcelain coating done right. I cant kill this thing. I have a bad habit of cutting the pizza on the pans, nonstick pans get wrecked because of this pretty quickly. I do the same with this one, and let me tell you, there is not even a scratch on it. I use it heavily and If I didn't know any better I would think it was barely used. Comes out spotless out of the dishwasher to. Will definitely buy again. I beg you charbroil, do not stop making these, keep doing what your doing. I wouldn't change anything about it.

Finally got to use it. It is heavy duty, compared to the ones i used before. Nonstick coating is good, food doesnot stick even with less oil, food cooks evenly and it is very easy to clean. I made some veggies and fish and they all came out pretty good. Saved me from the hassel of cleaning the grill.

Have used it multiple times. Holds a good amount of vegetables, Fills up half of my 5 burner grill. Easy to clean. Seems like high quality. Not thin metal by any means.

Good value and while I usually need to scrub it by hand after a session on the grill it is nice that it’s dishwasher safe.

Need to replace about once per year as food burns on and is somewhat hard to clean but browns food well on the barbeque! Great for salmon and veg!

Fits my camping grill perfectly. Grilled vegetables and even did a pizza. No stick, easy to clean. Great product.
