Q: Bought mine from amazon. my ratchet mechanism slips under load. how do i get a warranty repair/replacement for the ratchet wrench itself?

I broke a socket and NAPA warranted it out, however I had to pay a shipping charge I did not expect. It would have been cheaper to just buy the socket through Amazon. Tractor Supply can also run a warranty claim.
