Is it me?
Not sure what I am supposed to get out of this. It's very uncomfortable in all settings and seems as if I'm going to cause myself an injury. Perhaps my back is a little too stiff already.

Easy construction
Was unsure of strength of item at first, but proved ok, recommend taking it slowly on high adjustment if you are stiff to start off & be careful getting up 🙂👍
