Don't use too often as it's high protein. Too much can make hair greasy. But great for a hair protein boost from time to time.

I love this conditioner, I have wavy dark hair and I get highlights, so my hair can feel dry and gets fluffy. This is such nice conditioner. I also use the shampoo (wash twice with the shampoo, you get more suds on the second shampoo) and the matching Curl Enhancing Smoothie - I get gorgous shiny curls that don't feel stiff. Put the curl enhancing smoothie in while your hair is still wet and scrunch it in so it makes a squelching sound - do the same with the conditioner.
