Dont fall for the Marketing nor the promises on the bottle
I have believed in this product and all the good reviews it has, and have purchased this over a long duration of time (I still have around 8 new bottles), so let me share with you my fair and square opinion: Please dont fall for the marketing, nice looking bottle and promises on the Shampoo or Conditioner - I have straight hair, of good quality, and this only made my hair feel much more dry since I started using it, even when combined with its own conditioner, which I make sure to use correctly. I have since stopped using this and thought of sharing my experience, even though this will probably be diluted with the thousands of other reviews. I have since been using it as a shower gel to finish the bottles I have and will not be purchasing it again.

I love the OGX products and this works really well on my hair without drying it out. I have to use hair pieces, but I still need to wash my hair and I can’t use anything that would make my scalp itch. This is absolutely a perfect product.

My hair is naturally medium to thick, straight, and dry. My whole life the closest comparison I can make to my hair is that it's like straw. This shampoo and conditioner are so fantastic I just love them. My hair is always soft, smooth, and smells fantastic. I've tried some of the other OGX shampoos and conditioners but none work well in my hair except this one. My hair feels like silk especially if I ocassionally use the oil that goes with this set. If you suffer from dry hair this is a miracle shampoo/conditioner.
