Ok book for gourmet air frying.
Bought this book hoping to get recipes for cooking basic food in an air fryer, food like French Fries onion rings. Basic fried chicken or fish. Nope, this book has more gourmet recipes instead. It’s a nice cookbook but just a lot of recipes I will probably never try. It does have some simple recipes for basic food, just not that basic. To be fair I have purchased other air fryer cookbooks and recipes for the basic foods don’t appear in them either. It seems that basic fryer food is to plain for a recipe book.

Disappointing
I’m surprised by so many 5 star reviews. This might be the most poorly organized cookbook I’ve ever seen. There are vague headings within the book but the recipes within each are in no way organized so there is no easy way to look them up. The recipe layout randomly changes back and forth throughout the book and I’ve seen a number of typos. Disappointing because there are some unique ideas in here if you can dig through and find them!

Not impressed
Not impressed with this book at all. The table of contents is horrible. Not in alphabetical order so how can you find anything.

Poor formatting but lots of recipes
Lots of recipes, but very poorly formatted. Several recipes (word for word) were copied and pasted in two separate sections, so it's not really 1,000 recipes. There appears to be no organization of recipes besides a few main categories. Lots of typos and vague instructions. It does have a LOT of recipes, so I'm going to keep it, it's just frustrating to read due to the disorganization.

This book is definitely worth getting!
I absolutely love this book. There are so many recipes I want to try but I can only do a few at the time, otherwise we can’t eat it all lol. I also bought this book for both my brother-in-laws for Christmas and they love it too

Amazing Recipes!!
I was so excited to get this book! It has so many recipes in it, I was actually surprised at the variety of them! It’s broken down into 13 chapters, and has everything from snacks, to meals, to desserts! I can’t wait to pick one and try it! Definitely recommend buying if you have an air fryer!

......wut?
How are they gonna have a cookbook, written by a supposed FOOD PHOTOGRAPHER!! with NO PICTURES!!! Isn't that like half the point of a cookbook. to flip through and see what looks good to make?!?! I'm so upset and disappointed. I Don't have time to buy a different one for my brother for christmas. very disappointing. Only giving two stars because it does in fact have coherent recipes, even if they're disorganized

Good value
Since we are relatively new to the air frying craze, other than using it for the typical frozen fried items, we decided to look for a cookbook to aid us in making our air fryer a more functional item in the kitchen. This cookbook has unique and delicious recipes that makes the air fryer a more versatile tool. The book itself is of good quality and is a much needed addition if you want to learn how to use your air fryer more effectively.

Poor
Very badly written and formatted. Each page is formatted differently showing they have just copied and pasted the recipe. Also, certain recipes are not completed. For example as above. Green beans and s. What is s? This has clearly been copied and not even edited. Some say ingredients and instructions, others just list them.Plus, the author cannot even spell his name right on the side of the book. Clearly created in haste and no effort has been put into this.

Great book but no pictures :)
This is a good cookbook, but it has no pictures in it. I like to look at the pictures first and then read the recipes - I guess I didn’t read the description enough about this book first 🥴 Having said that, it has some great recipes in it and is easy to follow.

Disappointed
Disappointed was expecting basic everyday recipes some pictures would have been useful. Poor layout just loads of printed text. For the price not worth it.

VERY Odd 'Air Fryer' Recipes
This book is very American - refers to loads of products that don't exist in the UK, and its impossible to know what some of them are in order to find a substitute. The index layout is in 'types' of meal - snacks, sides etc which frequently don't match what I would categorise them as, so it's difficult to find stuff. The most bizarre thing is that a large number of the desserts (possibly in other sections too, which I haven't spotted yet) give instructions to mix stuff together, roll out pastry, refrigerate etc, and then just says "Serve!" (always with the ridiculous exclamation mark.). There is absolutely no mention of even cooking it, or of using the Air Fryer at all. Almost like a whole line or more has disappeared. I'm not talking about one or two recipes - there's loads like this. See example page in pic.

Some success good for ideas.
Many if not all the recipes or American in origin and they are for a variety of different styles of Air Fryer I have so far tried about fifty of them and some were abject failures others very successful. I have also used the information to cook my own concoctions which have had good reception from the family. Worth a 'Punt' in my opinion.
