Good product
Great product , it lasts a long time . Always keep it refrigerated after opening . I did the mistake of Leaving it out and it created a mold. Must be some chemical in the sugar , always keep it regmfrigerated . Super expensive but worth it if you’re using it a lot, in our pastry hop we go through it every 5 or 6 months . At home it might last me a yr.
