I got it when it was pricey.The build is excellent, german engineering.. It's light weight, takes a bit getting used it.Most straight razors are heavy, so that minimal pressure is needed to shave, this one is light weight so you have to apply the right amount of pressure. If you don't have a steady hand, get ready to bleed.Once you are used to it however it's surprisingly good
