Solid gaming pc foundation for cheap!
After adding an RX 570 8GB and hooking up a dual sata to 8 pin adaptor it runs well and plays VR games too. I did crash it a few times due to improper grounding of power on the gpu but that was he just troubleshooting it to get it up and running. It’s now a very fast gaming pc for only $230 and as for the Dell itself without the added gpu it’s a nice desktop for the measly $130. Very good deal and worth buying. Dents are to be expected which there is one in the top but functionality is what matters and it does so perfectly. Highly recommended!

Not actually “Like New”, incorrect info on listing, and failing parts
I’ll list issues in the order I encountered them:This listing was open box, but being “like new”, meaning no visible damage within a 12-inch view of the product. Immediately upon taking the computer out of the box I found several prominent scratches on each side and a worrying dent on an edge. All visible from even across the room.I then booted up the computer to verify if the tech specs listed were accurate. Most were good, but the VRAM was a full 2GB less than listed. It was at this point I reached out to Amazon support. I was offered a 20% refund as they couldn’t replace the item.Then I started running into BAD performance issues. I checked Performance in Task Manager and found the HDD usage was constantly at a full 100%. With hours of digging and trying various fixes I found the hard drive was corrupted and likely to fail very soon. I then initiated a full return.I thought this computer at this price could be too good to be true. Turns out I was right.

Obsolete garbage.
The bloat from windows 11 alone makes it unusable and there's built in dividers that make retrofitting it with better parts impossible.

Producto bueno.
Bueno me llego mi paquete hoy, el producto vino un poco rallado de su carcaza y vino con marcas de calcomanias que tenía anteriormente, pero bueno ya probé la PC y hasta el momento me jala muy bien, por precio la verdad si lo recomiendo, vino muy bien guardado con sus protector pero aun así rallado de la una parte de la carcaza pero me gusto el producto, por el momento jala bien ya veré con el tiempo. GRACIAS.
