First time I am ever ingesting Turmeric. Trying this for the health benefits. Taking 1 teaspoon per day; I mix it in with a heaping tablespoon of chocolate yogurt. I think it tastes good, tastes sweet, and I have no complaints. I removed it from the pouch, and poured it into a glass container with an airtight snappy lid and I'm storing in the refrigerator. I uploaded photos of the front and back of the package to give folks more details. I really researched which one to purchase, and I decided on this brand, even though it had zero reviews at the time. So far I am glad I did. I'll update if I have any problems, changes or issues. But so far, digesting okay, no stomach upset, taste is nice, ostensibly it appears to be a quality Turmeric. As for health benefits, I won't know for at least a month or so. But in the meanwhile I hope this review helps someone.

I've never really liked turmeric. It just had a taste, a coarseness and bitterness that really turned me off. I bought this on a whim, and I have to say this one is making me a believer. Very fine powder, lovely flavor with much less bitterness. Really seems top of the line. So glad I bought it. Too early to say if it will help my really painful joints. We'll see. I will edit this with my findings.

It could be more fire the money but is very good taste

Not 100% pure turmeric, not sure about how much lakadong it has. I tested by adding in glass of water and the water turned bright yellow so it seems adulterated.
