This key chain clips on beautifully at both ends and has a super-strong magnet. You can twist it and make it even more secure but I don't bother since the magnet here is so powerful. It is not coming off! Super product!

the magnet is very strong in this and works for what I wanted it for (a clip on a backpack where I can just pull my keys out. sometimes the cuff tightens when it shouldn't but overall great

Carabiner halves can be joined locked by screw-ring for secure connection. It can be also be unscewed but still fairly secureed by strong magnets. The halves can be separated with a bit of force, giving you two separate key rings. Each ring has a tab to lock the gate so that keys don't accidentally fall out like with other carabineers. When separated, you can use the magnets to pin your keys on your fridge or another metallic surface. Very handy!
