I am so glad I ordered this Knoops hot chocolate! The flavor is rich, smooth, and so much more complex than regular hot cocoa. You can really taste the quality of the cacao—it has a deep, authentic chocolate taste with just the right amount of natural sweetness. I love that it’s not overly sugary, so you can enjoy the true chocolate flavor. It also blends beautifully, creating a silky and comforting drink. I’ve even tried adding a dash of cinnamon like they do in Peru, and it’s absolutely delicious. Perfect for cozy evenings or sharing with friends and family. This has quickly become my go-to hot chocolate. I don’t think I can go back to the regular store-bought.

Once you buy this you’ll never go back. Absolutely love the taste of this hot chocolate. So sweet but in the most perfect way.

This is one of the nicest chocolates I've ever tried in my velvetiser. It has a beautifully velvet taste, and unlike many others, it didn't have that nasty bitterness. My only real gripe is that it doesn't go very far, considering the price. Other than that, it's highly recommended.

34% tastes very creamy, just made it using semi skimmed milk in my velvetiser following included instructions of 8 spoonfuls - and it tastes very... Out of this world, quite Galactic you might say. Certainly not a typical high percentage cocoa hit, way more of a creamy chocolate. Price is a bit steep based on the amount needed, I can't see it making more than 5-6 cups, but can't deny it's a nice flavor I may well purchase it again.

I bought this chocolate as all hotel chocolat sachets were out of stock for the velvetiser; I'm so glad I did! I've tried several of them. 34%: nice chocolate but not rich enough for a good hot chocolate so I ate it on it's own 😆. 43%: you need an extra tsp to get any depth of flavour. 54%: it's nice but not as rich as the others. 65%: Makes a nice, rich hot chocolate. 72%: The best one I've tried so far, it has a lovely cherry aftertaste and produces a rich hot chocolate. 80%: its nice but hasn't ground down very well so I've had to sift the big pieces out so that it doesn't damage my velvetiser. Overall I would definitely recommend this chocolate. I'm waiting to try the Ruby chocolate and 70% so I'll update this once I've tried. Update: I've tried the Ruby chocolate and don't reccomend it for use with the velvetiser as my hot chocolate just tasted like sugary milk. I tried it on it's own though and think it would taste lovely in a dessert (cheesecake maybe): it tastes like a raspberry white chocolate.

Sadly I didn’t really like the taste of Knoops. It may be my method, perhaps I need to use more spoonfuls than suggested. I use hot milk and was hoping for something luxurious but ended up with hot milk with a hint of chocolate. For the price vs taste I will not be buying again.
