Faulty product
When I got this laptop I was turning off normally when I turned on it was giving me sign saying you did not turned off properly. I have to upgrade the software provided by Apple after I download the software try to use the Macbook Pro with battery even it was fully charged it was showing me a sign on the screen as if it needs to be charged.I like to send this item back and get fully refunded.Kind RegardsM Keske

The colour of the laptop is quite convincing and is not the same as what is producing in terms of pictures editing
