I’ve used this product on and off over several years. It really is good not full of garbage like you can find in other products of a similar nature. It’s a very well trusted brand vanilla or banana is my favorite as they both taste really good. You can probably use half of the recommended serving each time and still get great results. Just stick to a really good eating plan and you’ll feel the benefits of this.
