What kind of background does it use cloth or paper?

I beleive cloth as clips are provided with it and no place to hold the paper role

How much weight can the stand hold?

I’m not sure about the actual number - but it’s not very sturdy. Even if you put a thin backdrop it’s going to have a hard time balancing - specially if you’ve got it on max height
