It will absolutely work as a midi controller. But if you have ableton i'd get a refurbished launchpad or a Push instead Happy Music-ing!!

Yes, any laptop with a USB and that can run DJUCED software.

Are the 'high quality precision' pads velocity sensitive? Thanks.

No, they are firm but doesn’t take too much pressure to press them.

Unacceptable - Damaged Box of the Product

I have returned this product for one reason only. The product packaging (not the amazon packaging) is cometely damaged. I did not bother opening the box and checking the product knowing the state of the box.I will be purchasing this item once again and i hope the box carrying the product will be im good condition. And obviously the product itself.Thanks.
