It works but use only on sift cheese

use it to slice blue cheese, sheedar, gouda, velveeta, swiss and other block cheeses. not for hard cheeses like parmigiano

Works great, but broke too quickly
I liked how well it cut through blocks of cheese. We got the large ones, which were perfect for the 5 lb blocks of mozzarella we are working with.The problem, they lasted less than 2 months. I was seriously hoping they would last longer.

Bought these for work. One broke first day, 2nd broke 2nd day. It did cut through the pepperjack, but not the gouda or cheddar loafs. Doesnt cut all the way through. Waste of money.

Breaks to easy
These arrived and within the first 2 weeks (5 uses) the first one broke. I assumed this was due to my SO being to forceful. We stopped using it for awhile and the second one broke today with using a babies force and yet the wire still popped off the end.Will be getting a different one, possibly with replaceable wires

The first one lasted two days, the second about three weeks. They are made with cheap wire which breaks under the moderate tension of slicing cold cheddar cheese. Don't waste your money.
