This is a top rail mount like for an M4. It needs 3-4 slots and then some space. The G2C has a single slot bottom rail so no and if it did fit you could not put anything useful there.

Q: Can this mount handle real recoil? It attaches on the bottom with one cylinder and a second that’s flat with the base. Just friction.

I used it on my AR15 to lift scope over front fixed sight. Handles recoil just fine. Shoot over 500 rounds and never a problem. I hope this helps.

Good folks to work with.

Well made and high quality risers. One of the attachment bolts broke when I was removing the riser from my gun. I had applied Blue Locktite. No matter: The company gave me a full refund because they could not replace the broken bolt.

Mounting was easy and it fits perfectly

I had ro use the 1/2 inch mount for my optics to sit comfortably over the casing catcher. I have no complaints. It was easy to install and is nice and secure.

Poor design, poor quality.

Disappointing. I didn't know what else to say.I'm not sure why the manufacturer decided to use only one full bolt, and one that's cut down, to attach to my pic rail. Is it somehow less costly? A poor design choice? Inability to get it right?At any rate, this is not going on my self-defense gun. I don't feel like it would allow the optic to remain zero'd.It's quite obvious that the anodizing was also low quality, it appears to be flaking off. Luckily, there's always Amazon Returns.
