Some hard un-chewable pieces
I’ve bought this product twice, and both times have had a few hard pieces that felt like my teeth will break when biting on them. The company needs to do a better job of processing and sorting the cacao.

With every bite I got some pieces of the cacao shells as well. If it had been incidentally I wouldn’t have minded. But every bite I was afraid of breaking my teeth. Not for me anymore

Shells and sticks in cacao nibs
The first bag I bought from Amazon was good and had very little hard shells and other small sticks. This time there was A LOT of hard trash parts, every time I took some I had to spit out hard shells and other small parts. Sadly would not recommend anymore.
