I have been taking this multi for several years. My bloodwork is always good so I think they work just fine. Of course they taste good and they dissolve good. The ingredients are good. I only take supplements that use methylcobalamine not cyanocobalamine because the M one is natural and the C one is synthetic. Also I don't take anything with Xylitol because I have inside dogs and Xylitol is poisonous to dogs. I can't understand why anyone puts Xylitol in any product when there are much better choices. Their loss because many people feel the same way. I definitely recommend this product!

After the bariatric surgery, this pill taste so overly. Not the pills fault I guess but the doctor did tell me that my taste buds will change. I’m glad of it because it asked me to identify sweet stuff that I don’t need to eat. Nonetheless is easily dissolved and pretty big pill it’s chewable. My first order I did not get in my package. It came with another order in one box, but Amazon was good enough to replace it..

Honest review from a person with low iron! Holy crap. I have more energy through the day. It tastes weird but I will take the energy that it gives. Highly recommended

If you’re looking for a post op bariatric multivitamin this is it, easy to digest and the taste is like candy

As a bariatric patient these work really well because it melts in your mouth and easier to process than regular pills which i cannot ever process. They are too expensive for me to take everyday like I am supposed too. I can only get them a couple times a year. There needs to be more brands that are cheaper if these because bariatric patients are supposed to take them and others force the rest of their lives and cannot take them because they cannot afford them.

This has kept my vitamins were i need to be after gastric bypass surgery, I even subscribed to have it auto shipping

I'm a big fan of this brand's Iron melts, so I decided to try their multivitamin. I have a strong gag reflex that makes swallowing capsules and tablets difficult, so I've been trying out a lot of chewable supplements. Unlike their tiny Iron melts, these multivitamins are larger. That means that unfortunately they don't melt quickly in my mouth. I end up having to chew these so that I'm not stuck with it in my mouth for several minutes. These are unpleasantly powdery in my mouth upon chewing. These are a better alternative to pills you have to swallow. However, the powdery quality of these large melts makes this a product I won't buy again. I may not appreciate the way gummies stick to my teeth, but gummies provide a better chewing experience to these melts that refuse to melt in my mouth.
