My favourite low-calories dessert
It's my absolutely favourite low-calories dessert. It doesn't taste at all like a plant-based dessert, you would have never guessed if it didn't say so on the package. It's sweet and has a really nice texture, just like a normal pudding. Out of all Alpro products, the caramel dessert is my most liked one. If you're on a diet, this product is an absolute life-saver.

Very Nice!
I love these as much as the chocolate ones, probably have a much sweeter taste than the dark chocolate ones, so if you find that a bit sickly maybe go with dark chocolate.
