I genuinely love these mugs. They are the perfect size for my coffee, fitting just right in my hands and allowing me to enjoy my favorite hot beverages without feeling overwhelmed by a large, unwieldy mug. One of the things I appreciate most is how well they retain heat, keeping my coffee warm for much longer than most other mugs I’ve used in the past. My husband and I are avid tea and coffee drinkers. This mug is perfect for both. It has good heat distribution and the design is beautiful. The colors are so rich and vibrant and we were very excited about the quality and finish. The size is perfect because we love putting 2 tea bags. I'm so excited to receive my cup next! (I ordered the same brand and all just slightly bigger and in pink).

Bought this mug thinking it would have a brim wide enough for my preference, and it didn't disappoint. Also purchased it for its fluid capacity, and it didn't disappoint in that regard. It has a nice artistic appearance, and seems durable so far, especially since I haven't dropped it yet. The only critique I have is that the handle could be a little larger for a better fit for a large hand. Very satisfied with the purchase of this mug.

I had to write this review. I just dropped this cup on my hardwood kitchen floor, and it DIDN'T break! Can't even see a crack in it. I was stunned, because as I saw it fall I was already thinking "oh, no, I'll have to replace this one." In addition to the fact that it didn't break, I also really like the look of this cup. The only thing is, I underestimated how much 21 ounces is, so I have to remember not to fill it all the way sometimes. I also bought several smaller versions of this, so I can take my pick of how much tea I want to drink.

I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the price. This is the perfect size, weight etc. of coffee cup for me. I've been using it for a few months and it is just right. Might make it about 5-10 bucks less and I'll give it 5 stars.

Looks like the photo. Microwaved it and it was fine. Dishwasher didn’t damage it. It’s a good purchase.
