i got big legs and my thighs hurts on mostly all chairs except this one i found, it came packed perfectly and professional, when i assembled it, i had fun everything was guided and well boxed, they really did great with the packing, they even put inside a free gloves assembly. would recommend this chair to anyone, its sturdy with A+ quality

I am using it for past 6 months. However its not comfortable to sit for long hours with lumbar support at lowest setting as it sticks out and hurt lower back more than it supports it. I was able to manage to pull out that small piece of lumbar support (wasn't easy though). After that its perfectly fine to use do not feel the need for additional lumbar support as back rest shape is ergonomic and tilt and other settings are perfect for long working hours headrest is also adjustable and comfortable. Using 8+ hours during all working days for past 6 months, a good buy for WFH full time.

Overall was a decent chair. Unfortunately, around 10 months into using the product, the gas lift has completely broken. Very unfortunate given the price of this chair.

Not the best chair in terms of comfort. The lumber support is very harsh and annoying to the back and the cusion is very solid ( should be softer )

Delivery was made in 24hrs and it took less than 30 minutes to assemble. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks with no issues. Good quality reliable and functional.

The main bad thing is the quality. The armrests started cracking and peeling off in less than 6 months of ownership. Another thing is that the headrest is not that adjustable... as I'm surrounded by monitors, I needed to remove the headrest completely because it was giving me neck pain. That being said, the chair itself is quite good and comfortable, especially the lumbar support. Also, the mesh is nice as it prevents sweating. Would I buy it again? No. Update after 1 year of ownership. Armrests disintegrating. Needed to buy some armrest memory foam covers. Rest of the chair seems alright.

I ordered this chair because I spend long hours seated. With my previous cheap chair I started having back pain. Thank God I ordered this excellent chair. It is of high quality, comfy and supports my back really well! The only negative thing I have to say is that the armrests are only adjusted up/down not right/left but that's not a big deal for me. Invest in a good chair, it will save you a lot of money from doctors.

The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the ugly casters. If they were stylish like the rest of the chair, the whole thing would be perfect. Very adjustable, nice support, sturdy chair. It is heavy though!

If you've spent any time looking for ergonomic chairs, you've probably noticed they get crazy expensive ($600+ easily). I found this chair because I was looking for ergonomic, but didn't want to put down car money for it. The Shopping Experience: I wanted to mention this because things didn't go according to plan. Given the pandemic disrupting shipping, it took nearly 2 months for my chair to get here. The company was great about answering my questions around the delay and even offered a discount to make up for the delay. Chair Construction: A mesh back and mesh covering for the seat cushion is used. Given the price, you will find a lot of plastic in the construction of this chair. In my experience this is true with other chairs in this price range. I find the construction to be far sturdier than past chairs to the point where there is little to no flex in the plastic components (which is good!). The exception here is in the way the arm pads sit on the metal pieces that hold them. They work almost like a cap slid over the metal, and do have some side to side wiggle. It may be in the mechanism used to move the arms (a sort of push button that releases this cap allowing it to slide up and down on the metal). This is not an issue for me, and I don't see it causing any issues with the longevity of the chair, but something to note. The other thing to note on the construction is the headrest. It uses a ratchet system to keep the headrest locked at whatever height you set it to. The ratchet is fairly solid, but if you have to much force down on it then it'll move. I'm 5'8" and keep it at around half way up for reference. I haven't had this move occur during normal sitting or leaning back, but sometimes like to throw my hands behind my head when thinking and the added pressure/change of angle has made it move a notch or two. I still wouldn't say this is an issue for me, rather a specific sitting habit, though if you're looking for a headrest that is hard set by a lever or built in then this isn't it. Comfort/Adjust-ability: You can adjust the lumbar support, spring tension (for leaning back), arm height, headrest angle, headrest height, and chair height (plus locking the back of the chair at a different angle should you prefer). This has been perfect for me as previously I've had difficulties in matching both the chair height and arm height to align well with my desk. I've always found I either get my feet on the ground but my arms a little too high/low, or my feet slightly off the ground but my arms level with my desk. With this chair I get both my feet planted on the ground and my arms level with my desk. I work in software and end up typing for a good part of my day, so really this is a major step up for me. No more crinks in my wrists! I have also enjoyed no swamp butt (or back). Given the mesh everything stays pretty cool. My home office is upstairs near the attic, and so tends to get a lot of extra heat during the warmer parts of the year. It's nice not having to worry about getting all sweaty from the chair. Final Thoughts: This is a solid chair for $250. All the major ergonomic adjustments available, and comfortable for many consecutive hours of sitting. I would highly recommend this chair!
