The gray lock laces look really good with blue shoes. Installation was really easy and they seem to work well too. I settled on these because the locking mechanism look like it might not be as prone to failure. My only suggestion for improvement would be to remove the logos. We will see how they hold up,

I love these so much that I've bought two pairs for myself and also some to give as gifts. I don't use the clip they provide at all. I follow the directions all the way up to putting the laces through the spring loaded lock. After that I just tie them as I normally would so that it looks like my shoes are tied with the usual bow.

Seem to be durable. Custom fit to your shoes with included clips. Elastic seems strong and holds the feet well. Pinch clip is easy to adjust. Time will tell on durability.

These Lock Laces are a great concept and, so far, they seem to work well and, in addition, they do save a little time over having to tie your shoelaces the old way, and I like the fact that they flex during foot movement. One major gripe (thus, docking one star) is that the "Cool Gray" color is more silver than gray, and do not really match well with my matte gray Sketchers.
