I am a huge fan of “How To Cake It”, and it was a good surprise when I found her book here. The quality and content are great! If you are interested about improvements in your knowledge about bakery, this book is super recommended for you. It’s a good way to learn more and become a better professional.

Yolanda's recipes tastes really good and her step by step instructions on how to accomplish the cakes are simple and easy to follow. If you want to improve your cake decorating skills, this book is a must-have. The instructions are clear and the time line that she provided gives you a clear idea of what you need to prepare in advance, complete with pictures of tools and materials needed. This is important for those who live in other places where some of the materials are not readily available. Using the photos in the book, they can easily find substitute items to be able to finish their cake project.

I've followed yo for a long time on youtube, I've learned so much from her and my now favourite go to cake is her vanillia. Holds very well. So when I seen her book on here I was over the moon and had to purchase it. I love her intro, and she has inspired me what I should have done years ago making cakes. All her ideas are amazing and it's a great book to learn from. She gives all the information and even breaks it down. It also has a converstion table at the back. She is amazing and an inspiration to learn from. Delivery was very fast.
