Ashwagandha (570mg, 60 Tabs)

I've been using this for years. It helps for relaxation and is supposed to be good for thyroid. I take one before bed.

I bought this to help with my nerves and I'm not sure if it worked? It may have been a subtle affect, but I have read that you shouldn't expect Ashwagandha to work like a anti depressant. I will say I was relaxed a bit. I would take 2 tablets a day for a week and my stomach started to feel weird. I started getting bloated every time i ate a small amount and i felt so much discomfort. there were moments where after i took a tablet in the night i would get slight painful cramps. If you're experiencing any kind of discomfort and pain from these, get off of them now. It's not for you.

I have bipolar disorder and use to keep my swings in check.

I love this brand but I've had faster results with other ashwagandha supplements. This one just isn't as potent. I don't dislike it though
