Gracias Amazon!

Not much finetuning
It's very easy to go from "easy biking" to "Almost impossible to move", would've liked more finetunable resistance but for the price it's a good thing.

Mauvaise qualité et bruillant
Je l’ai acheté pour mettre en dessous de mon bureau pendant que je travaille. Le problème c’est qu’il n’est pas stable du tout et super bruillant.Vraiment un produit de mauvaise qualité a fuir.

Appears to be doing exactly what I had hoped it would do.
I don't normally leave reviews, but seeing as other customers reviews swayed me into purchasing this, I thought I would leave my thoughts also, I always read lots of reviews on a product, then just when I'm sold on it, along comes a bad one and puts me off, with that in mind I have been as honest and accurate as possible with this review.I purchased this as I have osteoarthritis in my knee, and I read that cycling is a good form of exercise. (I had previously assumed this would do more harm than good,)I am a 48yr old female, with life long foot, vein and now knee problems, all in the same leg! I have a sit down job, and the only exercise I do is slow strolls on level ground, the walks are getting shorter because I feel unsteady on my feet due to my knee osteoarthritis.I wasn't sure how much to pay for an exercise machine, I read the reviews, read the spec on each one within a certain price range, and decided on this one in the end based on peoples comments about the machines moving about....this particular machine had a heavier fly wheel, so that in the end was the deciding factor.Item arrived extremely quickly, assembled in minutes and I then spent the next 20 mins sat on my kitchen stool, randomly cycling, varying the resistance, fiddling with the digital readout etc.I have a laminate floor, the machine did move slightly, but I purchased a non slip mat at the time in preparation for this.I have since used it on a carpet and it does not move, the carpet is quite thick though. The cycle action is not as smooth as I would of expected, however if you cycle backwards/in reverse, its so much smoother,(and the machine moves about less) the pedals flow easier around and around, although I am sure this will be exercising in a different way, I have assumed that any exercise is better than none, so this is the way I shall be using it from now on.Since the initial use, I have used the machine twice more, for 10 minutes each (so that's 3 times this week since Tuesday). I have to say I can already feel a benefit to my knee.... which I am actually shocked and surprised that something so simple has already made a difference, and slightly annoyed with myself for not looking into some form of exercise sooner! We have stairs that turn around a corner, and normally I walk down them by moving one foot on the step, then the other foot on the same step, and so on, and with my feet and body turned sideways so that my whole foot is using the width of the stair tread, the reason I do this if for stability, I always feel my knee is about to give way so I literally take 1 step at a time. However this morning I walked down the stairs in the normal fashion, feet ahead, 1 foot after the other, not two feet on one step, just like everyone else does. Don't get me wrong, I didn't skip down the stairs like a young child, I still held on the handrail, but I was more able to confidently walk down the stairs without fear of falling or collapsing. That is a major difference and to be honest if that was the only improvement made, then this machines work is done!I don't believe I will lose any weight no matter how hard I work this machine, it's not built for that, I do believe that my legs will feel like they have done a small amount of exercise, even if they don't look like they have. I am convinced though, that this will give me enough exercise to release the stiffness I have felt in my knees over the last year or so, which will improve my mobility and walking ability (I do walk with vary degrees of limping depending on the pain level)Last night I used the machine, whilst sat back in my pc chair, peddling backwards for ten minutes, and it actually felt quite relaxing. I like to catch up with the news via the internet, and I can see this is a good opportunity to to do two things at once.I'm not using it for aerobic exercise, and I shall start at the lowest resistance and work up to the highest. However I don't think the resistance is brilliant, but then maybe it is enough for this machine and what it's designed to do? Perhaps wearing ankle weights may assist in the resistance? I don't know.I would suggest having a quick look at a You Tube video on the correct usage, you can actually do more harm than good if you are using it for osteoarthritis and you don't cycle in the correct way, so its worth a few moments of your time to do that. The digital read out feature is probably not going to be of any use to me, I wouldn't be to sure of its accuracy given how much the machine cost, also I don't care how many miles I have cycled, or how many calories I have used etc etc, I am using this machine to try and gain some movement back into my knee. If you want some serious aerobic exercise, then this is not the machine for you.I did try to use it on the worktop for my arms, and gave up in a few seconds!! I'm not sure if the worktop level was wrong, or if the machine is just too big for that use, or if my arms were just to weak to do it properly! I will try again, but I'm more impressed with what it has done for my knee at the moment, so any spare time I allocate to the machine will be for knee use!Hope that this review may be of use to anyone wishing to purchase this exercise machine.
