While it's great and all
I don't know if I'm doing it wrong but I don't think so because I checked online. Anyway, it works it's a good exercise but it hurts my wrists.Else than that it's fine. Also come with knee sponge thing.

The roller is easy to assemble; literally took me 2 mins. I use it every other day for abs training at home and so far no complaints. Price is fair for the quality.
